Perfect place to stay with kids (or without), a quick walk out the back door and down the stairs and you’re on the beach in 45 seconds. We loved everything out our stay!

We loved the area and the overall house.
It was advertised as a 3 bedroom, 5 bed when I booked. The third bedroom did not have a bed, only a blowup mattress. We made it work, but was not what was expected. The description of the bedrooms had changed after I booked the house. I would have liked to have had a heads up on what to expect.

The location was perfect. It is convenient to everything, but not in the busy/crowded area of PCB. Both Publix and Aldi were right around the corner. A short drive to restaurants and shopping. The beach was not crowded like in other areas we gave stayed.
The house was clean. There were a few cosmetic things that should be fixed, but otherwise well kept. Overall, we loved our stay, but disappointed in the bedroom situation.

Great location on beach. Quiet & clean. After recently switching management companies, the listing changed from a 3Br to a 2Br. We were not notified prior to arrival so there was some confusion and no way to contact anyone when we arrived after 10pm. Thankfully there was a blowup mattress that we were able to use and a partial refund was issued.
