The first floor also features a dining area with seating for six and a stunning kitchen with a breakfast bar, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Relax outside on the screened-in porch or soak up the sun on the sundeck. Guests will also have access to various shared amenities including swimming pools plus tennis and basketball courts. Just four miles from this rental is Pier Park, where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment options for all ages. Explore the outdoors at Camp Helen State Park, located only a mile down the highway. For your dining pleasure, Edwards Fine Food & Wine, the Cowgirl Kitchen, and the Havana Beach Bar & Grill are all within three miles of this home. THINGS TO KNOW Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts. The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

This is the second time we have stayed at Sweet Retreat. This house is in a great neighborhood, 2 minute walk to the beach, house is well maintained by the owners and is extremely affordable for the location. Carillon Beach is a beautiful gated community with 4 pools, a beautiful private beach and has amazing charm. We have been going to Carillon Beach for the last 5 years and wouldnt go anywhere else on 30A.

We enjoyed our stay and absolutely love the Carillon community. The host was quick to answer any issues we had and made sure we were happy. I would 100% recommend staying here to anybody. The area is secure and very peaceful. This is our 2nd time staying in Carillon Beach and we can’t wait to come back.

My wife, adult daughter and I spent the first week in September at Sweet Retreat, in Carillon and we had an amazing time! The home is modest, but clean and in the cute little cottages section of the community. We were able to take our small dog, which made it even better. Fairly close access to Walkover #1, though we did end up renting a golf cart, to make hauling things to the beach a bit easier. The Carillon community itself is lovely and - in spots - stunning! It's gated, extremely well maintained and the homes are mostly meticulous in appearance. We've stayed all along the Florida Panhandle (from Destin to Rosemary Beach), through the years and Carillon jumped to the top of the list as our favorite location!! We loved our time at Carillon and look forward to many future trips!

We love Carillon and this house was perfect for our family. The screened in porch was great and it had everything we needed. Already planning our next trip back.
