Our stay at Ramsgate #3 was so relaxing.

The condo was basic but had most of what we needed. There was no kitchen/laundry starter packet, only a small bottle of liquid dish soap and 2 towels, so make sure to take your own dishwasher and laundry detergent, paper towels, and dish cloth or sponge.

The furnishings were good except the desk chair, which could stand to be recovered or replaced. The lounge chairs on the upper deck were wonderful for enjoying the sun. A useable table on the main level deck would have been nice, though. The one there was disassembled, and the chairs were quite wobbly.

Avari Management was very responsive. They let us know on check-in day that the internet line had been inadvertently cut and offered for us to move to another condo at a different site. We declined. They provided a refund for lack of service after a request was made. We had an issue with workmen entering unannounced, but Avari took care of it with Ramsgate management.

All was good overall. :)

All of the small inconveniences ultimately added up. These ranged from a broken dryer, no working wifi or televisions to a malfunctioning keypad for entry. Additionally, we did not receive a code for the beach gate prior to our arrival. At check-in, the morning after we arrived, we were asked whether we had received a “portal email” containing this information, but it was never sent.

We have stayed in this area before at a similar price point, and locating our suite and accessing necessary codes has never been this challenging. Unfortunately, the host did not respond at any point during our stay.

That said, the décor was beautiful, and the view was excellent.

Beautiful location, close to 30A and PCB. Right on the beach and very peaceful surroundings. Bed comfortable. However, would never stay here again because of the management. Upon arrival, WiFi was not working and I let management know and it took them two days and a report to air bnb for them to respond. Alerted them to ants in kitchen and the dryer being broke with still no response or remediation. Communication was absolutely terrible and nothing was fixed during our stay so my husband couldn’t get work done and we couldn’t watch tv. We had washed our clothes and could not dry them. Nothing was done to fix the issues and still have not heard back from the management company. Once they had our money, it’s like they disappeared. Will never stay at an Avari property again. Which is a bummer because this place has a beautiful view!

Other than the apartment number and door code, no other information was given to me. I happened to catch another guest who finally gave me beach gate access code. Could not find WiFi information anywhere in the house. I called the number given multiple times and no one ever answered, it just continued to ring. They do not respond for 9-12 hours. The last message they never responded at all. When I finally got WiFi information, it never even worked. And after waiting 9-12 hours for a response, all they said was “did you try unplugging router and replugging it?” And when I said yes I’ve tried everything, I had to wait another 10 hours for a response. WiFi never worked. No one cared to help with anything. Dirty wash cloths were hanging from the pole in one of the bathrooms and a couple dishes were dirty in cabinet. My main complaint is I could not depend on my host for anything. I will never stay here again. I would not recommend with the treatment I received.
