I was nervous about staying here because it was my first time using air bnb but we loved it so much. The room was so beautiful and clean and they provided us with everything we needed. We got there late and had a little trouble finding the room but once we did it was so easy. We felt safe and at home and after the stay me and my family considered moving there because of how amazing it was. I definitely recommend this place even though it’s a little pricey!

Love staying at Carillon for the beautiful, never-very-crowded beaches, the walkability of the whole Carillon property, & the 25min drive to Seaside. I have previously stayed in houses in the neighborhood (with larger groups) & one of the condos in the Sunrise/set Towers; we love Carillon as a whole!

This was my first time staying at the CB Resort Inn. While it was an affordable option for 2 people (esp. during Spring Break), I’d expected a slightly more updated unit that aligns more w/the quality I’m accustomed to at Carillon. For a smaller unit, the furniture was large (coffee table, barstools) & the mattress/pillows/couch were uncomfy. There was ongoing water damage in the bathroom, the shower went cold w/in 10 min of showering, & there wasn’t enough space to hang up 2 bath towels, swimsuits, & beach towels.

The instructions for check-in/-out & the communication leading up to the stay was great; Nicky was lovely! But I will likely
stay in a different unit/the Towers next time.

This was my third trip to Carillon, and it never disappoints. Nice room with everything you need, and the Carillon community is amazing.

I came down to enjoy a mini trip with my kids. Perfect little spot for us! Very cute & location was decent! The only thing I wish that could have been different was how far the beach was. If you do not rent a bike or a gulf cart you have to walk to the beach which is about a 3-4 min walk. I only didn’t enjoy that because I brought my two small kids. But perfect for couples! All in all great place
