Ideally located right on the Gulf and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, bars, and cafĆ©s, youā€™ll have no trouble finding fun. Popular Pier Park is around eight miles away, and Camp Helen State Park and charming Rosemary Beach are around three miles away. The bright and inviting interior features an open layout spread out over two floors for plenty of comfort and flexibility. The full kitchen has everything you need to prep snacks for the beach or whip up mealtime masterpieces, and a dishwasher is included for easy cleanup. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. There is parking available for a $35 fee per vehicle with a max of two vehicles. You will be emailed a Ramsgate Parking Registration Link a week before your arrival date. Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There are no elevators on site.

This condo is in the perfect location with little traffic. It is convenient to everything (within walking distance to many conveniences). It is on the third floor, so the views are expansive; especially the view from the master bedroom, as it is upstairs and on the top level. The layout is convenient with the living areas downstairs and the sleeping areas upstairs. 2.5 baths add to convenience as well. Kitchen was equipped with all necessities. Beach chairs and umbrella included, which was a definite plus. Absolutely met and exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend to others.

This beach condo is beautiful inside and out. It is spacious and has beautiful views of the beach and pool. Quiet end of the beach with very little traffic. And the beaches aren't crowded!

Beautiful view, excellent beach access! You will still need to drive to popular attractions and restaurants, but that is the case no matter where you stay. The beach was quiet and the pool large and clean! There are a lot of steps, no elevator (we knew this and were okay).
