Set in a peaceful village steps from the beach, Sweet Tea Love delights with comfortable, immaculately clean rooms, lovely lake and balcony views, and a huge pool. Guests praise the well‑stocked kitchen, cozy furnishings, easy contactless check‑in and responsive management, plus family‑friendly convenience — shops, coffee, pools and restaurants right downstairs and a short walk or golf‑cart ride to the sand. Warm, private and perfectly located for relaxation or exploration.

Great location! Bed was comfortable. Condo looks like the photos (though the whole building is a bit dated on the outside). A cute new coffee shop is right outside in the shopping area that is great for breakfast (but with very long lines).

Only downsides: was woken up around 4am from a siren - you can indeed hear loud road noise like that. The air conditioning is loud but I personally love that! The only major issue was that this listing didn’t mention an amenity charge. It’s optional and you can access one pool without it but to actually use the beach you have to pay a $35 charge for a pass because that’s the only way to get the gate codes. It does come with a set of beach chairs which are great. I just wish this was communicated ahead of time.

We loved our stay at Sweet Tea Love. The furnishings are cute and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked, but we really only had coffee, sandwiches, and snacks, so we didn’t do any actual cooking. The little village area has a delicious pizza place and a wonderful breakfast/lunch/ice cream spot. The pool is huge, and my husband and I each had a perfect place to lounge (he was in sun; I was in the shade!). We loved riding around the community in a golf cart, which made going to the beach very easy. We’ll be back!

Everything was perfect. The location was really nice and really close to the beach. We had two little ones with us and everything was within walking distance that we needed (beach, pools, food). The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
