Visit popular 30A and Rosemary Beach, only minutes away, or Pier Park for some of the area's best shopping, dining, and entertainment. Enjoy nature and wildlife at Camp Helen State Park, one and a half miles away, offering paddleboarding, hiking, picnicking, and endless photo opportunities. The primary bedroom balcony has expansive views of Lake Powell, an 880-acre natural coastal dune lake. The well-equipped kitchen and beach-style furnishings will make you love the magnificent Emerald Coast beach life. Enjoy having an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. THINGS TO KNOW Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts. The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was just as described. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. We would stay here again!

The location was perfect - we were trying to stay near family who rented a house and we were a short 5 min walk away. It was very clean and well decorated. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had enough dishes and appliances, towels were plentiful. We had 2 adults and a college age kid (we could have added a friend) and it was just the right size. The kitchen was small, but we didn’t cook huge meals, just made lunch and reheated food so it was perfect. The view was AMAZING and as advertised. It would have been nice to have access to the fitness center, but the rental office didn’t have the code and the HOA they directed me to never returned calls. They do say no golfcarts at the property and they mean it….our family tried to drop us off one night at the condo and security was very firm about “get off the cart and you need to leave”. Again, I did know they were not allowed to be used by guests but I misunderstood the drop off policy. Lots of places to fish at the Lake, easy beach access, pool was large enough and had a food counter. Would definitely stay again!

This unit is exactly as described. Extremely clean! 4 Balcony chairs was nice so our neighbors were able to stop by and sit. Couches were comfy. View was gorgeous.
