Great room, very peaceful and comfortable. View of the pond was awesome, there is crab, turtles, baby Alligators and fish. You can also fish! 10/10 location. 10 minute walk to the beach. Pool was so big and spacious. Hot tubs were hot as could be. Cannot wait to come back! Very kid friendly just please watch for gators!

This place was a great two night stay for my wife and I. The beach is an easy 10-ish minute walk away through a nice neighborhood, and the Carrillon Beach area is great, if very busy. Loved the dedicated beach chairs. Bang for your buck, we thought this place was a great deal. Only reason for 4 stars was the communication with Avari, who to their credit, were proactive, friendly, and helpful. However, there was almost an over-communication, with messages via email, text, and Airbnb, some of which had codes and instructions that conflicted with each other (email said certain beach walkover, Airbnb message said different, lots of codes for pools/beaches, etc). In the grand scheme of things this was minor though, and we enjoyed our stay.

This was a great place to stay for a few days! At first I didn’t know the responses I got were from an AI bot, but the receptionist Nicky was super helpful and friendly! It was still easy to reach a human. I did run into an issue with the pool and beach code, so I had to call onsite security for help. I didn’t love having to pay $35 to access the beach and pool, especially since when I got to the beach my chair and umbrella weren’t there and the attendants had to set one up for me. I was told they’d be at crossover 7, but they were not. I don’t want this review to be all negative though, as like I said Nicky was VERY responsive and helpful, along with being very nice! The condo was clean apart from some stains on the sheets, but that’s easily fixable. The view from the balcony was very nice as well! All in all I thought my stay was worth it. Thank you again to Nicky for being so helpful and friendly!
