The open floor plan on the first floor features a living area with a sofabed, a flatscreen TV, and ample room to spread out. The kitchen, with stainless appliances and granite countertops, is fully equipped with all the tools you could need to make a delicious meal or snack. Moving to the second floor, the main suite has a king bed, a private porch, and a full bath. The third floor offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and the most amazing sunrises and sunsets you've ever seen. Head outside for the day and enjoy the shared pool and beach access nearby. Make this your vacation fairy tale and enjoy all the great amenities that Carillon Beach has to offer! Here in the quaint community of Carillon Beach, you'll be just four miles from Pier Park and its eclectic shopping, dining, and activities for the kids. Explore the great outdoors at Camp Helen State Park, located one mile down the highway, and dine out at Edward's Fine Food & Wine, The Cowgirl Kitchen, and The Havana Beach Bar & Grill, all of which are within three miles. For a bit more adventure, rent a few kayaks and paddle around the inlet! THINGS TO KNOW Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts. The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

The stay was an excellent one. The house is large enough for a family trip or group stay. While not the most updated space, the AC works well and the kitchen served its purpose. The short walk to the beach was excellent and the community of Carillon is very relaxed. The furniture could use some updates and the floor plan of the house is not the most convenient. If you're looking for a "luxury" rental home this is probably not the place for you. If you're looking for access to a great beach with all the amenities nearby, this is a great spot to pick!

This is our fifth year booking with Vacasa in Carillon. They have been the best rental company we have worked with. They were very helpful when we ran into a problem getting our parking passes and were very timely on getting our two maintenance issues handled quickly. They were responsive and easy to work with.
