Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.

Guests are required to fill out the Amenity fee form which will be emailed to them as an invitation to join the portal. There is a cost of $35 + tax for the Amenity Fee. Once a guest fills out the registration form, pays the fee & watches a short video a QR code will be sent which can be scanned at the gate allowing the guest access. This QR code will also allow access to the amenities all throughout the neighborhood!

Très bel appartement dans un magnifique lieu

Le calme, la proximité avec la mer , l’accès au terrain de basket ainsi que la piscine .
Le lieu est très joli .
L’hôte répond rapidement aux messages

C est un très bel appartement mais il nous a manqué différentes choses , comme des volets ou rideaux dans le salon car pour nos enfants qui y dormaient c était compliqué ils étaient réveillé avec la lumière du jour .
Il faudrait penser à mettre Des articles de toilettes ( petit gel douche / shampoing ) , des serviettes et du papier toilette en fonction du nombre d invités et de nuits ( car un seul rouleau pour 4 personnes restant 5 nuits ce n est pas possible )
Un étendage serait le bienvenu car il est interdit de faire pendre les serviettes sur la rambarde.
Internet ne marche pas très bien mais c est propre au quartier
Il faudrait aussi préciser dans l’annonce que l’accès direct aux plages / terrain de tennis / et toutes les piscines est payant ( car on l’a su que le jour de notre arrivée )
