Everyone will love the view of the coast from the furnished balcony and mealtimes will be a breeze in the full kitchen. As soon as the sun comes up, head out to the shared pool for a quick dip and take the short path to the beach to layout in the Florida warmth. As the sun dips below the horizon, meet the group at the hot tub and watch the sky change to pink and orange. When the night comes to a close, put on a movie or play a game with everyone at the large dining table!

Though you will never want to leave the sand, venture out and easily see the many attractions nearby. Try your luck at fishing off of Russell-Fields Pier or spend the day on a shopping spree at Pier Park! There are plenty of concerts and festivals going on at Aaron Bessant Amphitheater year-round, so be sure to check out their lineup when you get to town! Gulf World and Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf are both a short drive as well for some fun for the whole family! If you would rather have a quiet day on a paddleboard or kayak, take a scenic drive down the coast to the small town of Carillo Beach!

The property was extremely clean, the elevators were fast, I enjoyed having a washer and dryer, beds were comfortable. My kids said the bunks were some of the best they have ever slept on. The pool was really nice and kid friendly

If I had to pick, the parking. The amount of walls made it hard to maneuver in and out if you were able to get in a spot, once someone parked somewhere, you could hardly fit beside them. And that the luggage carts don’t fit in the room was a little difficult for us, however, none of these are the fault of the owner for our room, the rules at the pool were also a little strict. My kids and husband couldn’t even throw a football in the pool when it was just them…and it wasn’t listed in the pool rules that was hanging at the pool area either. So not sure why security enforced it, but again, nothing the property owner could do about this

Spacious with a great view

The property was easy to find and get into. Pier Park is a 9 minute drive down the street that has tons of places to eat and is great to walk around with the family. The condo was amazing; it's huge and being on the 13th floor gave us amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds and pull out couch. Don't forget to check the closets because there's all kinds of things you can use- beach toys, chairs, a boogie board, etc. The cubby to keep your shoes while you're on the beach was a major plus!

The only thing I did not like was the bed in the suite. It's really high up and super firm. I personally do not like a firm bed, but my husband does so he didn't complain. I still slept fine. It would also be nice if the property had its own little restaurant and bar.
