We loved the location and the inside of the house. We didn't have air conditioning upon arrival on a Sunday but they had someone there within a few hours!: vacasa was hard to get in touch with at first, due to it not being local but they were responsive to any problems we had (the next door neighbors live there and have a dog that was pooping on our deck and shared walkway without picking it up). Overall it was a wonderful place with convenience of location!

We loved this house, it was perfect for us! Bungalow is right on the beach which wasn't too busy. Super stocked kitchen! Very clean and comfortable beds and furniture! Would come back for sure!

We were evacuated from Captiva Island and found this house at the last minute. The house was immaculate upon checking in. It was a great location within walking distance to groceries and a short drive to the pier. There was a bit of a hiccup with the welcome email not including the key code, but Vacasa worked to resolve that quickly and we had no other issues for the rest of our stay. It is a perfect location for a small group. Thank you for hosting us!!!
