We enjoyed our stay, the location is fantastic (right on the beach) with private beach access, pool, and hot tub. Also, this space provided 2 loungers and umbrella on the beach (during allotted months) which was great! There were extra chairs in the room and it was very nice to have options.

Everything about the property is 5 stars. Amazing condo. CLEAN. Great location. Beach chairs and umbrella being included with the fee is the proper way to do it! It added value to our stay. We contacted Darrell for any important questions and he handled them immediately. He was the best contact for us. Avari management team gets 3.5 stars. Too many auto or AI responses. It became a problem when we extended our stay. It took many phones calls and attempts to get a human to respond correctly. The management team would not honor a consecutive night discount for our extension. They forced us to rebook our extended night as if it was a brand new stay.
