I went to visit with some friends and my 2 daughters for a friend birthday and we had no hot water nor did anyone come to fix the issue after i reported it. They texted me how to try and resolve the issue myself. They even told me to check the breaker box. The fridge needs to be replaced and the washer and dryer wasn't working as well, they both had tape on them. I will never stay again

The room/condo itself was great for our family and we really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and could smell the cleanliness when opening the door. The kitchen was decently stocked with plates and utensils (all we used). The building itself is one of the older ones in PCB which means there a few things that could use an upgrade or fixing inside the condo- but this didn't prevent us from have a great few days at the beach. Location is great: the pools, beach, and tiki bar were perfect! The sunrise in this condo was stunning as well!

This was a family weekend getaway for a special event. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. Easy access to the beach nice pool and plenty of room for everyone in our party of eight. There are some updates needed but overall a nice place to relax and enjoy being together.
