Bright, family-friendly beachfront condo offers a spotless, welcoming space with stunning sunrises, easy beach access, pools (including heated) and a lively tiki bar — ideal for multi‑person stays. The kitchen has basic supplies, and the roomy layout comfortably fit eight. While the building shows some age and could use minor updates, guests consistently praise the cleanliness, value, and relaxing location for a simple, enjoyable getaway.

Great

Ginny

September 2026

The only thing was the emails that they sent to us had all the door code information but did not include the unit number. The door code made it super easy.

The lady at the front desk where we had to pick up parking passes was quite rude.

Avari response:

We appreciate your feedback, Ginny. It’s great to hear that the door code made your arrival smooth and easy. We understand how important it is to have all the necessary information, including the unit number, and we’re sorry for any confusion that may have caused.

Regarding your experience with the front desk, we take that seriously and will address it with our team to ensure a more welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We want everyone to feel at home during their stay.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to welcome you back for another stay in our beachfront condo soon.

Great place to stay!!

Reasonably priced with plenty of space throughout the home. The only downside is the small kitchen, and the cabinets and appliances are a bit outdated. That said, it’s a great place for a family that enjoys dining out and doesn’t spend a lot of time cooking at the condo.
