Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

The pools were fantastic as was the workout facility. The beach and direct access was really nice but the beachfront has an over abundance of chairs and umbrellas affecting the aesthetics. All in all it is a great facility close to many good restaurants such as Dusty’s (a must) and Pier Park which is amazing. Just a short drive on 30A to the quaint but spectacular towns of Rosemary and Seaside.

I love this unit. It was very spacious, comfortable and perfect for any occasion. Very impressed.

The property: This time of year always has issues with elevators. Too many people at peak times will inevitably slow the elevator down. But there are elevators that are down for repair.

Ex: we arrived at 130. Tried for early check in availability. Wasn't able to check in until four. They have carts you can exchange your id for to take items from car to your room. After unloading the cart in rental, It took and hour to get on an elevator to return cart. Crazy.

We loved this condo! The amount of space we had was very unexpected. Beds are super comfy too! We had everything we needed and everything was well stocked. If you’re looking for a nice spot pick this one! You won’t be disappointed! We will definitely be back.
