This beachfront condo sits on the first floor of a low-rise building on the west side of Panama City Beach. There's so much to explore in the area, with the Russell-Fields Pier, Gulf World, and Pier Park's 120+ stores, restaurants, and IMAX theater all within a mile. Spend your days fishing, kayaking, parasailing, driving 30A, or simply soaking up the sunshine and the gorgeous Gulf-front view.

Wake up to the sounds of crashing waves and slide open the double glass doors to breathe in the fragrant sea air. The shared beachfront deck is perfect for lounging all day long, whether you're savoring your morning coffee, barbecuing on the gas grill for lunch, or sipping cocktails at sunset.

Issues Noted During Our Stay

URGENT: Electrical & Safety Issues Requiring Immediate Attention

1. The electrical outlet in the main bathroom shocked my granddaughter, creating a serious safety hazard that should be addressed immediately.
2. Several electrical outlets are loose or improperly installed. These should be inspected and replaced as needed. Consider installing outlet covers/shelves that can safely hold a phone while charging.
3. There is no exterior lighting for the deck area, creating a safety concern after dark.
4. The hot water in the front bathroom sink does not work at all.

Maintenance & Property Improvements

1. The bed in the front bedroom is extremely soft and may need replacement.
2. There is no umbrella on the outside deck.
3. The patio doors are old and appear to need updating or replacement.
4. The living room ceiling has visible issues, including peeling and damage that should be repaired.

The unit was a bit dated, but looked like the pictures. You walk into a bedroom, which was a little weird. That bedroom had a private bathroom and my mother in law said the mattress was comfortable. The hallway is long and narrow, and the bed in the other bedroom was really loud, squeaky, and uncomfortable. A new mattress would make a huge difference. The second bathroom was in the hallway and had a stackable washer/dryer. The kitchen was functional and equipped with the basics. There was not a table, but plenty of seating at the counter. The living room couch was comfy, but there were 3 of us and it was not that relaxing to sit and watch tv cramped together. A recliner or oversized chair would be a great addition. We loved parking steps from the door. The BEST part was the beach access and amazing views! The patio is shared, but there are tables and chairs. A few stairs and a couple of steps across the deck, and your feet are in the sand! No pool. No resort perks. But worth it! *****

Nice place, but definitely needs some updating and exterminator.

Location was good. It was super nice to just walk right out the sliding door on the deck and down to the beach. Definitely our family’s favorite part.

It is an older property so I expected it to have something not be “perfect” which I’m completely fine with as long as it’s clean. My biggest issue during our stay is that we did have a bit of a bug problem. During our 2 night stay we found 3 roaches-one in the living room and two in the bathroom and one good size spider in the other bathroom.
