Spend your days fishing, kayaking, parasailing, driving 30A, or simply soaking up the sunshine and the gorgeous Gulf-front view. Wake up to the sounds of crashing waves and slide open the double glass doors to breathe in the fragrant sea air. The shared beachfront deck is perfect for lounging all day long, whether you're savoring your morning coffee, barbecuing on the gas grill for lunch, or sipping cocktails at sunset. With its walls of pastel emerald and central air conditioning throughout, the condo is a cool, comfortable, sun-lit space. Loved the location. On the beach. Restaurants within walking distance and fun family things to do within 20 min drive. Space was clean. Had cooking utensils/pots/pans. Soap and detergent included. Towels and sheets.

We absolutely loved this location. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. Loved walking off the deck right on to the beach. WE WILL BE BACK

This was a wonderful unit, however, it was not clean. There was a stove in the master bedroom!?! When they finally sent someone to come and get it he told us they had had a grease fire. I'm assuming that is why there was a very strong odor and everything had a nasty film on it. The sink and shower in the the hall bathroom would not drain. It was gross. They were also do some renovations to the deck and we were unable to enjoy the deck. This unit and location could be amazing. I would come back in the future if those issues had been addressed in a timely manner.
