Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

We had a wonderful time at the Tidewater Resort. Everything we needed on site, beautiful ocean front, and walkable to the things we wanted to do! Any problems or questions we had were handled in a timely manner. Only small complaint was something out of our and Avaris hands. But Jesse with Avari, handled it quickly and was able to find a solution, get us another room, and back on the beach ASAP! If we plan another trip to Panama City Beach, I'd come here again.

Condo was amazing comfy beds. Clean couches comfy and had everything you need. Great veiws from balcony would stay in room again. Only bad was elevator wait time during peak times but that is to be expected with the amount of rooms and people
