We just visited PCB and this was our first time renting a condo in front of the beach. We were 3 adults and 2 kids, and I would not recommend bigger parties to stay at this condo. Cons: shower smelled badly, stemming from the shower curtain which desperately needed changing. The dishwasher smelled badly too, but we didn’t use it, so it wasn’t a huge issue as long as we didn’t open it. The condo is overall a little more outdated than what is shown the pictures. Beds are not comfortable. This is a floor condo & the upstairs renters were really noisy- you can even hear them walk. Now the pros- LOCATION- views, proximity to pier park and food places within walking distance. You step right out to the beach and even have an outside shower. This made it all worthwhile for us. The entry door oddly opens up to one of the bedrooms, but it allows the kitchen/living area to have the beach view. Kitchen was also well stocked, including an electric kettle. Inside towels provided only.

There were a few scrapes on the walls from the beds but other than that this place was absolutely amazing and so much more spacious than the pictures online. They truly don’t do this little slice of heaven justice. My family enjoyed our time here and struggled to leave to go back home!
