The stay was good. The condo was nice, looked like the pictures. Short walk across the road to the beach. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of room. However, the floor was extremely dirty. I first noticed the sandy feeling on the floor when we arrived, before we had ever went to the beach. Later, my group noticed our feet or socks were dirty/discolored from walking around in the condo. It seems the floor was not cleaned before our arrival.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! From the moment we stepped inside, we felt right at home in this clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated condo. Everything we needed during our stay was in the condo, including kitchenware needed for cooking delicious meals, plenty of towels, and supplies for laundry and washing dishes. We will definitely be looking to book with Avari for our next stay in Navarre Beach!
