Beach Colony Resort West is Navarre Beach's newest property and is a luxury, high-rise condominium complex that sits directly in front of the Gulf of Mexico and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Beach Colony Resort offers many property amenities for guests to enjoy while on vacation. The 1st code to get in didn't work, took 2 more code resets to get in. No welcome packet. Only parking passes on counter & only 1 wristband for the 2 of us on the reservation. Was told the property manager would drop the other one off
We never heard or saw the property manager for the other wristband. The nightstand in the master bedroom had trash left on it. Aside from those issues, everything was great. The condo was very spacious & was clean other than the nightstand when we arrived. The Avari team was very communicable.

The only issue we had was with the code when we first got there! The rest of the time was perfect! The pool was the best part of the whole trip! It was huge and the temperature was perfect! It wasn’t busy during our trip so we had a blast!!

The accommodation was very nice. It was spacious and had all the necessary amenities of a home away from home. It was clean, orderly, and everything worked. The 2nd-floor location was perfect, as it allowed a nice balcony view of the beach without the drudgery of long elevator waits and rides.

We would stay there again. To be fully transparent, I have to add that, for the first time as an Airbnb guest (we were not), the communication with the guest from the management team is a bit disjointed. On the web page, there are instructions for leaving; then, under house rules, there are contradictory guidelines, e.g strip the bed or not to strip the bed; start laundry or not to. I had to ask for clarification, and the responses were generally pretty fast. Also, the back bathroom shower floor is extremely slippery when wet, and the shower water valve is backward --(smile) not a complaint, just an FYI so you don't stand there waiting for hot water, as I did.

Exactly as described! Perfect place for our family vacay. The first code they sent didn't work to get in the condo but they responded right away and worked until we were able to get in. Beautiful view and convenient location right next to stairs and not far from elevator. Pool is big and clean.

Had a wonderful week at this condo! Awesome view of the ocean, the pool is huge and amazing, it’s a very short and nice walk to the beach down the boardwalk path. The condo itself was amazing, actually. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, everyone had their own space to do their own thing and then there’s the huge dining room table and separate breakfast table for meals, not to mention the patio with extra chairs and tables. There are a few beach toys in the closet there as well maybe one beach chair. The bed in the master bedroom is a king, the room itself feels huge and each room has its own balcony. Lovely area in Navarre, plenty of walkable restaurants, try Juana’s restaurant. The bar and live music was so fun! The beach is powder white sand, and lovely water. We had some bad weather but ended up having two or three good days and just had a blast. We cook a lot and it had all amenities! Lovely place, lovely condo. We were so comfortable and will definitely be back!
