You'll be a short stroll across the road from the sugar-white sand of Navarre Beach at this sunny, well-appointed escape in the Gulf Island Condominiums. When you're not collecting seashells or swimming in the Gulf of Mexico, you'll have access to a lovely pool and terrace where you can soak up the Florida sun.

As part of the Gulf Island Condominiums, this condo is beautifully positioned with a view of Santa Rosa Sound. You'll be across Gulf Boulevard from the beach and only half a mile down the road from the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, the Sea Turtle Conservation Center, and Sound Side Park.

Begin each morning outside on your private balcony, a wonderful spot to sip your first cup of coffee, take in a sweeping view of the sound, and make plans for the day ahead. Back inside, prepare breakfast with ease in a well-equipped kitchen with every essential appliance and a peninsula breakfast bar.

After a day spent at the beach, come home to unwind in central air conditioning, toss your swimsuits in the washer/dryer, and watch a favorite movie in the living room or bedroom. Additional features include a hallway bunk nook and complimentary WiFi throughout the condo.

This was a quaint, cozy condo perfect for a couple or small family (we brought our 2 boys). It’s a quick walk across the road to Navarre Beach, and you have access to a small, private beach right out the back door. It’s close to stores and restaurants, but not in a heavy tourist area - great for families vacationing. The only criticism of the property (and not really their fault) was that the walls/floors are pretty thin, and we had some quite active upstairs neighbors who liked to run up and down the hallway early in the morning and late at night.

The location of this place is great, just a 2-minute walk to the beach, close to the bridge, and plenty of walkable spots. As for the space itself, it’s definitely on the older side and could have been a bit cleaner, but it sufficed for our trip. I’d recommend it for a short stay if you're prioritizing convenience over luxury.

Had a great stay. Walkable to the bay and the beach. Nice balcony view to the bay. Quiet area, very peaceful! The main bed was a little firm for my taste, pillows a bit flat, but I slept just fine! Only recommendation would be to bring your pillows, everything else is great.
