This place was great !!

The condo is clean and well appointed though somewhat dated. Specifically the bedroom electrical outlets are sparse and not well placed. Also, the TV programming availability was mostly streaming requiring passwords. But overall a pleasant experience. The biggest problems were with the host. There was conflicting information on both checking in and checking out. It was difficult to talk to a person who seemed to care.

Avari response:

We appreciate your feedback, Mary, and we're glad to hear you found the condo clean and well-appointed. It’s great that you enjoyed your overall experience, but we’re truly sorry to learn about the issues you faced with the electrical outlets and TV programming. We understand how important these details are for a comfortable stay.

We also want to sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding check-in and check-out. Our goal is to provide clear and helpful communication, and it sounds like we fell short in this instance. Your experience matters to us, and we will work on improving our communication to ensure that future guests feel supported and cared for.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we hope you consider staying with us again in the future.
