Very nice location, very clean and well taken care of. Condo was loaded with appliances, and kitchen supplies for cooking. Vacasa staff services always available. An elevator was available to access top floors. The pool is a nice addition to those not wanting to go to the beach. Though limited restaurants in the immediate area, you’re not more than 8 minutes away on the bay side. Beach is beautiful and public beaches are well maintained.

The view was amazing. Unit was very clean. The breeze was not as strong on the side. Oceanfront would have been better. We would stay at Emerald Surf again, but in a different unit.
