This is a great place to start if you love Navarre; the beach or pool is within walking distance. You have covered parking, with additional parking outside the building, so trips to the vehicle are easy. Your restaurants are either on the island or over the bridge, so everything is close if you want to venture out. We have 3 small children so this was a great choice if you don’t want to drive to the beach.

Great condo, but there wasn’t much air flow in bedrooms, internet didn’t work, tvs didn’t work, if they worked it woulda

Great place. Internet didn’t work, tv didn’t work in either of the rooms.

Internet didn’t work, either of the tvs worked. Called they said they would call me back in few min. 3 days later I’m home and still haven’t received a call.

This unit has clearly not been maintained well. Mold in the master bath, mold in the washing machine, only 2 of the 5 lights in the master bath worked, the ceiling fan in the living room didn’t work. The AC was apparently unable to maintain the set temp, even though it was cooler outside. The latch on the front door is falling out of the door.
