Older condo, amazing location. No frills condo with older amenities for those looking to save money and enjoy the beach. Tub in master bath wasn’t scrubbed from prior tenants. Everything worked properly (although water pressure was lacking) and the unit was stocked with beach chairs and toys for youngsters. We’d stay again.

This space was clean and fresh when we walked in. Beautiful views of the beach and ocean, easy to get on and off the beach. Had everything we needed. Everything was perfect and I will be booking again for next year! We had an incredible stay.

I love the location of Emerald Surf; it's a smaller, older building away from the high rise condos and less crowded. Parking is simple and stress free. The condo was as described and clean. There were a couple of minor maintenance things that need to be fixed but didn't have an impact on our stay. We stopped by the rental office to pick up our parking passes, but they weren't there; instead, we found them tucked in the condo door. No big deal. Also, pool bands were located inside the unit. This owner also had beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and other accessories in the closet, which was nice. The rental company was very responsive to questions, which I really appreciated. I would recommend.

The location was great. Close to restaurants and did not have to walk far on the beach to get to the water. Very clean condo.

I've stayed here before in a different unit and loved it. The units have a great layout and I like the area. Some rentals have a long list of demands upon leaving which I don't care for at all. This is much more like hotel in the departure process. Great place and I had no issues. Thanks
