The condo was mostly clean. Some dirty baseboards and things I wouldn’t expect to be perfect for a beach condo, but overall decent. However, as soon as we arrived and looked around the condo we noticed a smell. It was most noticeable in the master bedroom/bathroom, but it was eventually noticeable in the entire house. It smelled like either a skunk or some other bad smell. I reached out immediately and was told it would be investigated. It was not. So we just suffered through the smell during our trip. Was definitely disappointed that we were told it would be addressed and then it wasn’t.

Great view! Very light blanket on bed so slept a little cold. Nice shower but horrible shower curtain and no place for elderly parents to grab to get in shower. Smallest tvs in the bedrooms you have ever seen. Picture shows three chairs on the patio but there was only one. Very long and hard code for my elderly parents to use. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and was hard to get elderly parents out of building from 10th floor. Master bedroom had a very tall but nice bed. Elderly parents could not get in and out of bed. The guest bed was very firm.
