Judy

August 2026

For one night stay where we wanted to be on the beach on our last night in Navarre. It was nice, clean and convenient an

We love the view in the convenience to the beach

The cleaning crew went a little too strong on the bleach in the one master bathroom so much so that it reached and came into the bedroom and impacted my sinuses at night. Also, people were smoking on their balconies and when you went outside, you could smell the smoke, so you couldn’t enjoy the balcony as much.

Avari response:

Judy, it’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the view and found our location so convenient for your beach getaway. We truly appreciate your feedback about the cleaning products used in the master bathroom. We want every guest to feel comfortable, and we’re sorry to hear that the bleach affected your stay.

Regarding the smoking issue, we understand how that can impact your enjoyment of the balcony. We strive to create a pleasant environment for all our guests, and your comments will help us address this concern moving forward.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we hope to have the chance to welcome you back for another stay in the future.

The condo was mostly clean. Some dirty baseboards and things I wouldn’t expect to be perfect for a beach condo, but overall decent. However, as soon as we arrived and looked around the condo we noticed a smell. It was most noticeable in the master bedroom/bathroom, but it was eventually noticeable in the entire house. It smelled like either a skunk or some other bad smell. I reached out immediately and was told it would be investigated. It was not. So we just suffered through the smell during our trip. Was definitely disappointed that we were told it would be addressed and then it wasn’t.
