Loved our stay! It is a corner unit, which is a plus. The view all by itself is worth the price. Absolutely stunning. To wake up to that view was absolutely amazing everyday.
Close to shopping and restaurants. Absolutely would recommend this stay!

Pros were the location of the condo and views were amazing!! Cons were the beds were very uncomfortable and there were no curtains to block the sun.

Perfect location! Extra blankets in the closet! Lots of seating inside and on the patio. Will most definitely return.

Avoid this property if you value comfort and reliable support. The AC did not work during our stay and was blowing hot air, with indoor temperatures reaching the high 70s, making the unit extremely uncomfortable and at times uninhabitable.

We reported the issue early on the day of check-in, but there was no timely repair, no maintenance visit, and no confirmed relocation despite being told one would be provided. Communication was slow, repetitive, and ineffective.

All nights of our stay were impacted. We were forced to leave the unit for extended periods due to the heat and ultimately had to cut our stay short because conditions were unbearable.

After reviewing past feedback, we found other guests reported similar AC issues and lack of follow-through, suggesting this is an ongoing problem.

The resolution provided did not match the severity of the situation. I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

The location of this condo is great! Right on the beach and far enough way from the really big condos. It was a good size for a family of 4. The condo was clean provided and toys/beach chairs. The only issue that we had was with the parking registration and check in code email from Avari. Both emails were missing the most important info, registration link and key code. I had to call 2x to get the info and this took too much time (Avari doesn’t respond to Airbnb messages very fast). Also, one thing to note is the master bed is very firm and they provide you with the very basic when it comes to household essentials.
