The space was very clean and orderly. It might be the most thoughtfully equipped space I've ever reserved. Great use of space, comfortable amenities, and a well equipped kitchen space. Book with confidence.

decent stay, but probably wouldn’t stay there again. location is good, very close to the beach & places to eat. price wasn’t quite worth it though, i wouldn’t pay that price to stay here again. every cushion/pillow had some kind of stain on it. the wifi & tv was very in & out, hard to watch stuff without it buffering every 5 mins. the overall space is pretty tight & crowded. the shower curtain had mold, & the shower water pressure was pretty sad/nonexistent unless you had it turned all the way to hot, which doesn’t feel very good after a day under the sun.

Avari response:

Zoe, we appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed the location and found it convenient for beach access and dining options. However, we’re truly sorry to learn about the issues you encountered during your stay.

The cleanliness concerns you mentioned, including the cushions and shower curtain, are certainly not up to our standards, and we will address this with our team. We also understand how frustrating it can be when WiFi and TV service are inconsistent, and we will look into that as well.

Your feedback about the space being tight is valuable, and we want to ensure that our guests feel comfortable and relaxed. We hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future, as we are committed to improving and providing a better experience. Thank you again for your insights.

Climbing the stairs lol.

We genuinely appreciate your feedback and can’t wait to welcome you back for another stay. June 2026

Our family of 5 stopped in Navarre Beach for 2 nights on our way from Orlando to Dallas, so we were looking for something affordable with convenient access to the beach. This place worked well for us for this short trip.

The place was cute, but pretty cluttered. Overall it felt smaller than it was because there was so much furniture. We were there so briefly that it didn't impact us very much, and the price was right.

The beach across the road was very nice and not crowded. This was the best part of our stay. We did also enjoy an evening stroll down the nearby fishing pier to see what people were catching. I think Fort Pickens / Gulf Islands National Seashore would have been fun to check out too, with a little more time.
