The Inn at Summerwind is one of three buildings in the Summerwind Resorts complex, located directly on the stunning beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, and conveniently located in close proximity to the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier.

On-site, enjoy the multiple community pools (one heated seasonally) and hot tub along with a sun deck and outdoor showers. There is also a gulf-front fitness center. The Inn at Summerwind is located directly on the beach, just a short stroll down the boardwalk to the most sought-after white sand and gorgeous waters of Northwest Florida.

Overall it was a very nice stay. Management group was responsive and check-in was easy. Good option for budget vacation. Great washer and dryer. Some furniture and finishes are showing their age and hallway outside of bedroom can be a little loud. Overall great location easy checkin/out.

The location was the best part of this stay. Being right on the beach in Navarre Beach was wonderful, and the Summerwind property itself seemed fine. Unfortunately, the condo management and cleanliness were disappointing.

Check-in was extremely confusing. Airbnb instructions sent us to a Vacasa office for a packet that wasn’t there. After multiple calls and long waits between Vacasa and Avari Management, we were told the packet was actually inside the condo. Thankfully I stayed on the phone because the door code also didn’t work and had to be reset. We also had to message again just to get the beach/pool gate code.

The condo was outdated and not very clean. Walls had smudges, there were questionable stains and crusty door knob in the bathroom area, and a bedroom decorative pillow appeared to have dried blood on it. I messaged management about the cleanliness concerns and only received a late response saying they’d “address it with cleaning.” No real solution was offered.

Great spot to stay and the views were great. We saw dolphins in the mornings and nice sunsets in the evenings. It’s very walkable to nearby restaurants and has a nice pool area.

Was great I would of loved to also stay Monday but they were booked but I enjoyed everything and loved it.
