Cast a line at Navarre Beach Fishing Pier and fish to your heart's content on the boardwalk. Visit the Navarre Beach Marine Park and learn all about the aquatic life that dwells under the surface and calls the ocean home.

Inside your vacation rental, you'll find an ivory interior decor with gorgeous pictures and paintings of the ocean hung up along the walls. Convene around the living area table and kick it up on the comfortable couches to see what's on TV. If you're fixing for some food, feel free to whip up something delicious in the kitchen. Afterward, hop in the on-site pool for a refreshing swim with your friends. Step out onto the balcony and slow it down as you gaze out at the beautiful vista right and listen to the sound of the waves crashing onto the shore.

Right across the street from the beach. Great location.

Overall it was a good place to stay. The location is close to beach access and it was clean.

A few interesting things…There were two sets of flat sheets only for the spare beds, but there are three (two love seats and air mattress). We made do. The couch pull out mattresses are super thin and you can feel the bars right through them. But we used both on one bed and it was fine. Luckily we didn’t need all the beds. So, no big deal.

Several things needed some attention (bathroom light, dryer handle was broken off, etc.) but these didn’t bother us. We let them know and figured it out. No big deal.

They responded quickly but there was no follow through. The tv wouldn’t work. My mom doesn’t always sleep well and will get up and watch tv at night. We let them know day 1 it wasn’t working by texting through Airbnb and calling the number on the fridge. Both people said someone would be there the next day. They never came. Luckily it wa something major that needed their attention.

We had some issues at check in. The room did not meet our expectations. Several things in the unit did not match the photos/description. We reached out to Avari and they did respond quickly, but were not helpful resolving the issues. I was finally transferred to the local Avari rep in Pensacola, Lisa. Shre heard my frustrations, immediately ordered the things that were missing and had them delivered to the unit. Then she began working on compensating me for the inconvenience. I was very satisfied once our issues were addressed and we felt like Avari made an effort to make things right!

The rest of our vacation was fantastic! The location of the condo was great we frequently visited both the beach and the sound. Condo comfortably slept my family of 6.
