We enjoyed our stay!
The apartment was clean and communication was great.
The only thing I’d suggest is to put more amenities for the beach. We didn’t mind buying our beach towels and an umbrella but I think it’s good to have those in the Airbnb !

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was overall clean minus the baseboards being dusty (no biggie) The house was really comfortable all around. I would bring extra trash bags and laundry/dish soap just in case you run out of what was provided but other than that, would definitely stay again.

Nice, but slightly disappointed.

2 bedroom 2 full bath

I just wish it had been disclosed (or I totally missed it ) that it was a house that was split into multi condo’s in the description from the beginning. This particular condo, you had to walk to back of house ( I had a hard time finding). The plumbing needs work. Each time you or someone from other condo’s above flush toilet the commode bubbles. The outdoor vent for the septic is on walkway to the back condo and continuously bubbles and smells.

Other than plumbing and need to be more forthcoming on description. The place was comfortable. I particularly would not stay there again, due to would rent a place with any kind of view…. But that is a personal preference not a problem with the home. I could not get the door to unlock and the management company just out the back yard and came and helped… they were very nice.

Took a chance on this location when it had no reviews but we are glad we did due to the location! It is walking distance to the beach & to the beachfront bars. You’re also close enough to the bridge where it’s easy to come in & out of Navarre Beach even if there’s traffic. The bridge is close enough to run it. It is spacious, as pictured & has comfortable showers.

Cons: the entrance instructions were not clear at all which made getting into the unit difficult for the 1st time in the dark. The entry for the downstairs unit is in the back of the building, which you access through a walkway on the left of the house. This was not explained.
I expect a few bugs on a property near the beach, but this was a little excessive & just felt like a lack of cleaning or traps. We did ask for somebody to come & fumigate but no one showed.
Beds were comfortable but pillows in the smaller guest bedroom were HUGE.
The phone # also sounds like a call center & not like a person who knows the property.
