Everything was great! The only thing I would say needs to be updated is the furniture. The bed is broken.

We had a wonderful stay in Destin, Florida! The location was absolutely perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and everything we wanted to do during our trip. The host provided very clear directions and check-in instructions, which made arrival smooth and stress-free.

The property was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and it was clear that great attention had been given to making guests feel comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Destin. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay! The balcony has a beautiful view of the trees and the bay. The bed was comfortable, nice big tub, plenty of room towels (but no pool towels, maybe they’re at the pool?), comfortable chairs, nice big tv that can be tilted, good ac, loved the big counter top with sink and kitchen basics with microwave drawer but couldn’t find an ice machine.

It’s kind of confusing to figure out where to go but that’s the nature of SanDestin. I figured it out eventually. There’s no front desk and I could not count on the host for responses to questions. It’s definitely a DIY kind of stay.

The building was quiet but the hvac in the room is startling when it kicks on. The building has seen better days with missing trim and it’s in need of paint and TCL but for the price and location, I was satisfied.

I’d stay here again even with the quirks and low responsiveness of the host but if I owned this condo I would be unhappy with the level of service I was getting from property management.

Place was beautiful and family friends although room looks different than pictures wayy smaller and host never responded back to questions during my stay.

The resort was nice. It doesn’t have easy beach access. That was more of a task than I like. But over all great place to stay with other great amenities.
