Everything was great, except for a problem with check-in.

The apartment and the location were really quite good, the beach was super nice and also clean.

I had a serious issue with the apartment check-in; it took over an hour to gain access. The entry code provided by the app didn't work, and I tried repeatedly to contact the host for help, but it was nearly impossible. After waiting in the hotel hallway with my luggage in excessive heat for more than an hour, the host finally responded via text message; only after a long exchange of messages did I receive the door code. I think this process needs improvement, as it creates a very poor experience for the customer.

It was sufficient for our short stay.

Close to most everything.

Not enough luggage carts. Having to walk on mopped floor during the day.
Had a question about getting a parking pass for my guest. Did not get back in touch with me until it was too late to bring the other car.

This place was perfect!

Noone to answers questions or help us with things. Staff on duty. Tv issues.

Overall, my stay was very nice. I love the view. The actual condo was amazing.

I didn’t like how hard it was to get access to the door code. Someone stated that they changed Business and that I need to call another company to get the code for the door. So that really was my biggest problem with my stay.
