We had a wonderful stay AFTER the check in disaster. There were 3 codes total - one for garage, one for lobby door and one for unit. We only received the unit code. After arriving late (11:30 pm), we were unable to get into the unit. I called Avari’s after hours number was on hold for 20 minutes, gave up & called Airbnb they were unable to reach host. Finally tried number again and spoke to Avari rep. Was able to get into until around 1am. Not fun with a freaked out 9 yr old girl who was beyond tired

Poor customer service with rental agency

Close to the beach. And in sandestin

Could not get ahold of agency. For two hours I called and texted. Not until booking.com tried to get ahold of them… did they start to reach out. The inside of the lobby and elevator was dirty. Could not get into parking or the actual unit. Others stated that they have been seeing many people having issues with those units. Booking.com refunded our money and a little extra.
