We had a pleasant, relaxing and beautiful stayed at the Luau resort Beachside at Sandestin for 5 nights in May. The unit had everything we needed ex. towels, kitchen items, washer/dryer. The accommodations were exactly as stated through Air BnB app. The unit was clean and very inviting. The balconies had the best view of sunsets. The master bed is a King size, very comfortable and came with 4 pillows,two more in closet. Never used sofa bed. Son slept on blowup bed. The pool water is very cold, only 5ft deep with waterfall, sauna. We were provided 4 wrist band for the pool area and a tram pass. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Only thing missing was the gate code. Gas grills and luggage carts were a plus! Airbnb texts were quick and responded to every message I sent as well as Avari Management. Overall we had a very relaxing time and we hope to be back again next year. Thanks for a lovely and memorable stay!

I had such a great stay here. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well put together. But the real standout was the view… absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. It made the whole trip feel extra special. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super smooth. I’d definitely come back!

Overall, we had an amazing time! The unit was exactly as advertised and came with dishes and pots and pans to use if you need to cook. My only complaint about was that the sheets and bedding were dirty. When we arrived we noticed blood, make-up, hair, and leftover ink stains on the sheets and comforter. When we called the host they informed that they would replace the bedsheets for us. However, when we returned to the unit later we found the host placed a green bag with sheets in it, in the living room. While I appreciate them providing me with new sheets I would have liked the team to replace the sheets on the bed with the clean sheets, instead of leaving the dirty sheets on the bed.

Overall the experience was great and the unit was fantastic! Also if you want to relax and watch tv, I’d recommend bringing a fire stick or a Roku as the TV’s are not smart.

I have started visiting this location quite often and I love the luau this is the only location I have stayed at in the past 3 to 4 visits. This past stay I really enjoyed the room and the balcony was very relaxing.
