Great stay!

Pros: Location is excellent for walking to the beach. Unit was clean. Building was quiet. Pool was nice and clean. Cleaning ladies in the building were exceptional and pleasant, made visitors feel welcomed.

Cons: Advertisement on AirBNB states two (2) bathrooms, the room has only one (1). We made it work but good to know when choosing.

Overall, great location for quiet and great access to beach. Note that it is basically a standard hotel room with a mini fridge (no freezer), sink, and small microwave. Spent a few enjoyable nights here.

We like the Luau. This room only has one bathroom, not two as noted.

Avari response:

We appreciate your feedback, Ward. Itā€™s great to hear that you enjoyed your time at the Luau. We want to clarify that the studio does indeed have one bathroom, and we apologize for any confusion regarding the listing details. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and weā€™re glad you chose to stay with us. If you find yourself back in Miramar Beach, weā€™d love to welcome you again for another relaxing getaway.

We had an amazing stayšŸ«¶šŸ½
The room was very clean!
They left games
& all necessities
we were very close to
everything we wanted to do !
The entire resort was top tier āœØ
This unit is located in Luau II
More of a Hawaiian tropical vibe
I wish we had something more convenient as far as the lock code for the room
More simple like a key card that you scan
It was a hassle getting into and out the room until I learned the code by heart as the days went by it got easier but overall 10/10

The experience was great, the place was really organized and no complaints whatsoever. We appreciate the hospitality and the fact that we were able to get everything we needed in the same area was really helpful.
