Great stay. The place was just as pictured, about a 5 minute walk to the beach with a great pool. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves! Would recommend!

Upon arrival things was very unclear. The place looked just like the pictures. The towels was not clean to my liking. I reached out to management about my concerns and they handled everything in a timely manner and accommodated me for any inconvenience I encountered.

The condo was as described, clean and stocked with all we needed for our short stay.
We did not receive complete check-in instructions (missing code for garage and foyer) and Avari was not responsive. We finally tracked down a phone number and spent 25 minutes on hold before anyone answered. (The chat response took several hours .) I hope the confusion was due to a changeover in management companies between booking and arrival, but do not think I would use this company again.

The unit was very clean with plenty of bath towels and wash clothes and full size body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the wall in the tub/shower. Unit is a little outdated with ceramic tile counter tops and some not so great drywall repairs and paint but it was comfortable. Didn’t do any cooking so don’t know about cookware or how good appliances worked. Location was great. The walk to the beach is not bad other than the steps at the pool area but you can take other routes that are inclines if you have a wagon. Pool was very nice and clean. The grounds at Sandestin are beautiful. I spent an hour one morning just driving through. Too hot end of July for this old lady to ride bikes or walk and we didn’t have access to a golf cart. Make sure to eat at Tuscany! Wonderful service and food! Also make sure to check out the section across the highway and visit the ward in Baytowne.
