Minor fixes to be done but great location!

We had no idea this room was inside the Sandestin resort, but also located in the village. We didn’t have to go anywhere our whole stay. It was great! Tram was included too.

The property was great, but the pool photos are exaggerated. We were expecting something much bigger. Pool was small and only 4ft deep all around.
The room patio needs a good clean. 2 wasp nests & needs a pressure wash.
The first bathroom toilet was loose from the floor. The handle in the master bathtub was very loose. I’m not sure how it hasn’t fallen off. The water pressure throughout the unit was low.

You can’t go wrong with Sandestin. This condo is in a great location! However, it was dingy. Surface clean but eh. The couch was ripped up and falling apart, toilet was leaking in the back, paint peeling and just beat up. Just overall in need of a slight remodel. I reported all the things to the management company but they didn’t seem to care much. It is what it is. We had a blast! Place was pretty inexpensive, considering the amenities and convenience. We will be back! Just not to this condo. It’s worth mentioning that we booked with a management company and stayed with another. Mid-reservation transition. It was rocky but not terrible. Don’t expect a palace. lol
