The host for this property needs a better management company. Avari is slow to respond. In the master bedroom the shower knob was broken. I message Avari and it took more than 10hrs to respond. I ask for it to be fixed. They acted as if they were sending someone out to fix it, nobody came. I found pliers in the drawer which I assume they were using it to turn the shower on. The message says they will respond in 15 hrs which is horrible. The picture shows a grill, no grill. The pictures states a sofa bed in the living room which is a lie. The couch was stained. Over the stove range, the microwave handle was broken and the door wouldn’t close all the way. They did have a back up microwave. One of the arcade games didn’t work. They have a ring camera, but it’s not in the listings. Piece of. The trundle bed is broken and or missing. I would never stay at an air bnb that Avari manages. If you find yourself in a situation like this just leave that way you make get your entire refund!

Beautiful home, nice pool. Had a small mishap when we first arrived but it was quickly resolved. Nice neighborhood and neighbors, I will book again..

Garage door opener did not work. Ceiling fan in main bedroom did not work. TV in living room had terrible reception. TV in the sun room/porch area could not be turned on - probably remote issue.
