We enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable with lots of space to spread out. We enjoyed fishing on the dock and watching dolphins and other wildlife. The house is conveniently located to beaches and restaurants.

Avari response:

We're thrilled to hear that you found the house comfortable and spacious, and that you enjoyed fishing on the dock while taking in the beautiful wildlife. It’s wonderful to know that the location worked well for your beach and dining adventures.

We take great pride in providing a welcoming environment, and it’s heartening to see that reflected in your stay. We would love to welcome you back for another visit whenever you're ready to create more memories in Pensacola.

July 2026

The house was excellent and we really enjoyed it. The location sitting between Pensacola and Gulf Shores was perfect and allowed us to spend time at both places. Only complaint I had was the yard hadn't been mowed in awhile and the grass and weeds were pretty tall to walk through to get to the dock, otherwise it would have been 5 stars for all categories.

Avari response:

Thank you, Garrett, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the house and found the location so convenient for exploring both Pensacola and Gulf Shores. It’s wonderful to know that you made the most of your time here.

We genuinely appreciate your feedback about the yard. We strive to maintain our properties to the highest standards, and it sounds like we fell short in this area during your stay. That shouldn’t have happened, and we’re addressing it to ensure future guests have a seamless experience.

We hope to welcome you back soon for another stay, where we can provide you with the five-star experience you deserve.

June 2026

The house is very nice and the views are great. If you have kids that are always going to be in the water this is a great place. However, the yard was overgrown. Weeding had not been done in a long time, and the management company was not helpful. I asked when someone was going to take care of the yard and they ignored the question. The WiFi they sent was the default for the router, but someone set it up. Talking to management about it was like either talking to a foreigner or AI. They asked me how I knew that the WiFi network had a different name. I ended up finding the router and resetting it to defaults so we could use the internet. Two days later a guy came to help with it after it was already solved, did nothing, and left. So, they were informed it was fixed, and someone still came, but late into the stay.

Avari response:

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Burch. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the house and the beautiful views, especially with kids who love the water. However, we truly regret that the yard maintenance and WiFi issues impacted your stay.

It’s clear that we fell short in addressing the yard care and communication regarding the WiFi setup. That shouldn’t have happened, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We strive for a seamless experience, and it’s disappointing to hear that we didn’t meet that standard during your visit.

We’re committed to improving our services and ensuring that our local teams are responsive and attentive. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us achieve that. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again, as we would love the opportunity to provide you with a more comfortable and hassle-free experience.
