We enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable with lots of space to spread out. We enjoyed fishing on the dock and watching dolphins and other wildlife. The house is conveniently located to beaches and restaurants.

The house was excellent and we really enjoyed it. The location sitting between Pensacola and Gulf Shores was perfect and allowed us to spend time at both places. Only complaint I had was the yard hadn't been mowed in awhile and the grass and weeds were pretty tall to walk through to get to the dock, otherwise it would have been 5 stars for all categories.

The house is very nice and the views are great. If you have kids that are always going to be in the water this is a great place. However, the yard was overgrown. Weeding had not been done in a long time, and the management company was not helpful. I asked when someone was going to take care of the yard and they ignored the question. The WiFi they sent was the default for the router, but someone set it up. Talking to management about it was like either talking to a foreigner or AI. They asked me how I knew that the WiFi network had a different name. I ended up finding the router and resetting it to defaults so we could use the internet. Two days later a guy came to help with it after it was already solved, did nothing, and left. So, they were informed it was fixed, and someone still came, but late into the stay.
