We had 13 people with us and the house was very comfortable. I was spacious enough not to feel crowded.

We were very disappointed in our stay.
We found previous guest’s shoes and medications left behind.
Our bed sheets had stains on them, we were concerned they were dirty.
Coffee pot, no filters
Toaster was broken, hand can opener broken. Not alot of dishes for a large group.
No response from the management company when we called twice about things. They promised to get right back to us.
Playground, sandbox was great but there was so much clutter & large breakables through out the house.
The linens and towels were poor quality.
Only two trash bags in kitchen. You host a large group but give barely any supplies.
The size of the house was great. Large master bath was beautiful.
A lot of the furniture was scratched or had chipped paint.
I had asked about shampoo, conditioner, soap for my large family. They told me it was provided. Bottles were empty on wall.
Only 1 bottle hand soap for the house.
We were told they provided beach towels so we didn’t bring ours. Only 3 at house.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was large enough to accommodate our family, beautifully decorated, clean and close to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay there again.

The home was as advertised, it was in a good location with a quiet neighborhood. The outside of the home is slightly dated, but the neighborhood is quiet and we did not have any issues or feel unsafe. The home was large and accommodated out large group of 8 adults and 5 kids. The beds were extremely comfortable, there were plenty of linens. The host advised before check in what was included in the starter pack for the house such as how many dishwasher pods they provide etc., so it helped us preplan. We stayed over Easter weekend so the response time was slow but understandable due to holiday. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
