This condo is in a great location and was much more affordable than anything else in the area. We spent most of our time in seaside and Rosemary and this was a great location. We went to a public access beach nearby. The condo is a little outdated, but for the price it was great.

With a deep cleaning and an extermination, this condo would have been a great value.

Kitchen countertops and appliances were updated. Bed linens were clean and bed was fine. Water pressure in shower was good .

The entire shell of the condo, including the baseboards, trim, every closet door and handle and especially the floors, was filthy! Outdoor porch was unusable. I encountered the largest roach I’ve ever seen on the bathroom vanity.

The location is great, easy access to the beach with a short walk. There is a gas station super close for ice and snacks. Great food within walking distance. Parking can be iffy depending on how crowded it is, but we were able to park fairly close to our condo. It was a bit warm in the condo, but it’s Florida so it’s just always warm.
