Find an easily accessible beach boardwalk located to the left of Sanctuary by the Sea (you cannot set up at this access point) but you can walk the wet sand to the public beach east of Little Redfish Lake or the beach west of Big Redfish Lake. With Big Redfish Lake and a private access point to Blue Mountain Beach right across the street next to Sanctuary by the Sea, you'll have no delay in getting your fill of sandy toes and crashing waves. For some fun away from the sand, grab a plate of seafood from a local restaurant, head less than half a mile down the road to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, or check out some of the area shops to pick up some beloved souvenirs. Grayton Beach State Park is also a wonderful spot for a sunrise or sunset hike, just two and a half miles away.

Beautiful Spacious Condo. Nice walk to beach but not easy for those that might struggle walking for various reasons. Unfortunate there are no bathrooms closer to beach. We did enjoy our stay but will need something close to beach next vacation due to some health issues my husband has.

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to all the cute towns on 30A beaches restaurants ice cream. Wish they would’ve included tennis rackets and pickleball set so we could have played at the gorgeous courts right by the condo. We had a code but no equipment it would be nice to provide that to your guests.
We were also given the wrong pool code tennis code which was inconvenient and msg to get the correct code and it was time consuming which isn’t what you want on vacation.
Otherwise absolutely amazing condo enjoyed it so much clean roomy perfect for a vacation. Would definitely come again

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and had an excellent trip. The condo was very roomy with three bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 baths. We spent a lot of time on the big back porch with spans the entire width of the condo. Plenty of room for outdoor dining and watching the wildlife.

We had a great stay at the property. The condo was very well furnished and very roomy. The deeded beach access was very nice and gave you the ability to get away from crowds.
