A superb beachside locale, cruise a few minutes on one of the five provided bikes to Blue Mountain Beach! You’re also within easy driving distance of the 24-mile Scenic Highway 30-A., Coastal Dune Lakes, Emerald Coast Pedal Tours, and Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club.

Beautiful condo with plenty of room for our group. The beds were extremely comfortable, the property was clean and well-maintained, and the location was close to the beach.
The biggest downside was communication. We often had to reach out for information, such as codes for the bikes and park access. We also didn't learn until after booking that parking was limited to three vehicles with no street parking, which resulted in extra costs to find parking outside the property.
The kitchen was well-equipped overall, but it lacked a large frying pan. When we asked, Avari quickly provided one. In general, management was very responsive, promptly addressing a broken door handle and a missing golf cart key.
Our biggest disappointment was the beach access. Much of the beachfront is private, leaving a very small public area that felt crowded.
Overall, a beautiful condo with responsive management, but the communication, parking limitations, and beach situation would keep us from returning.

The house was beautiful and very close to the GORGEOUS beach. The golf cart made it so easy to get around! The beds are extremely comfortable. The showers are huge. We loved the outdoor grill and seating area! There are great spots to eat in very close proximity. This area seemed especially good for Families. This house had plenty of extra bedding and towels which we were thankful for. Each floor has its own thermostat which was nice if you prefer a different night temp than others on a different floor.

A great house for a large group. Such a fun area. Very walkable to shops and dining/ice cream. Beautiful beach!!

This house was great location and perfect amount of space for our group of 11 but had issues with cleanliness, many dead and alive bugs, and lots of minor repairs are needed. Living room fan never worked and they said someone would be along to repair and they never did the entire 7 day stay. Despite minor issues, we would stay again because of location and space.
