Welcome to Gulf Place Caribbean 202, a bright and cheerful two-bedroom condo located in the heart of Gulf Place on scenic 30A. Just across the street from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters, this relaxing retreat offers private beach access along with easy access to local shops, restaurants, live music, and community events.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with crisp white cabinetry, comfortable living spaces, and coastal-inspired décor throughout. Step out onto the private balcony overlooking the fountain with partial Gulf views — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach. Guests can also enjoy community amenities including pools, outdoor grills, and convenient outdoor showers for rinsing off after the sand and surf.

Whether you're here for a relaxing beach getaway, local festivals, or exploring all that 30A has to offer, Gulf Place Caribbean 202 is the perfect home base for your coastal vacation.

Age Restriction: The primary renter and/or reserving party must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. The reserving guest must be present for the duration of the reservation and is responsible for all policies and occupants.

Other things to note

Important Amenity Update (Nov. 1, 2026 - Mar. 31, 2027)
Please note that the neighboring Caribbean building will be undergoing repairs from November 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027. During this time, the Caribbean Pool & Spa will be closed.
A small spa is available at The Cabanas, but availability may be limited.
The Cabanas Pool and the larger Gulf Place Park Pool will remain open and heated throughout the fall and winter season. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!

Our stay was great. Its only a short 4 minute walk to the beach with private beach access. Close to all of the shops and what not. Which is nice. My only complaint was all of the ants in the kitchen. I cooked most meals in the room and it was difficult trying to keep the ants at bay. They were everywhere. Its clearly an ongoing problem because now i see other's have posted about them.

This place was perfect for us 6! A very short walk to the beach just across the road with easy access and multiple shops, restaurants, a mini mart and coffee just next-door. The inside was very up to date, cute, and clean. The neighborhood is very nice as well, very happy with our stay and will be back again.

The area in general is phenomenal, especially for kids. We have a two-year-old, and there are many restaurants that are walkable, and the beach is very close.The unit is great. It was clean and check-in was great. They even let us check in early, which was helpful because we would have had to skip our two-year-old's nap and that would have been pretty challenging.The balcony overlooked a little pond, which was awesome, and you could see the main road of 30A and get a glimpse of the beach through a couple of the houses on the other side of the road.
