In one of the newest condominium complexes on Hwy. 30A, this two-bedroom Gulf Place condo overlooks Town Center and offers both a walkable location and plenty of quiet and privacy. As part of a planned beachside community, you can easily park your car for your entire stay and walk to the many boutiques and restaurants nearby, or explore even further afield, with bike rentals nearby as well. If you’ve got a more relaxed stay in mind, the beautiful beach is just across the street, and you’ll enjoy three private and one public beach access points, all within 0.1 to 0.3 mile. Onsite amenities include three pools, a hot tub, and tennis courts.

Start each vacation day sipping coffee on your private balcony, then head inside to the well-appointed kitchen to make breakfast. You’ll find stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space, storage, and a convenient pantry. Gather together at the high-top table for six that also doubles as a kitchen island when it’s time to eat.

Spend the day exploring 30A, relaxing on the beach, or working on your tan at one of the pools, and then return to relax in the central AC. Wonderful location. One of our favorite places to go. Walk to the beach. Walk to restaurants. Walk along 30A. Wonderful. The only thing I would say is if we had not read reviews and brought our own blankets, it would not have been as comfortable in the beds. Also, could use some blackout curtains, especially in the bunk area.

I sent one question to the management company and was never answered. Not a huge deal, otherwise I would have pushed harder. Landscapers were out at 7 am on Monday morning, but that was not management’s problem.

In general, it was good a good stay.
The beds were comfortable, kitchen had all necessary utensils.
However, we did not like that there was only liquid soap. It should be, at least, one bar of regular soap as it was before. And all these big bottles with shampoo and conditioner look like in a cheap hotel, but the price per night was as in luxury hotel.
In addition, the carpet in master bedroom looks dirty and worn out.

Very nice and clean condo very close to beach access. We walked to restaurants and shops and did not have to use the car once. Perfect weather and perfect location on 30A.
