Very clean & cozy. Great ocean view with XXL balcony. Cold and adjustable A/C Big pool. Good location. Steps to private beach access. Not crowded. New appliances & stocked kitchen. All wood floors were a plus. Affordable!!!

Nothing I didn't like, but this place would shine with new cabinet paint, smooth ceilings, a bathroom renovation, and a new master bed frame and mattress.

Lackluster stay. Was on hold 41 minutes before someone answered and helped me get into the condo with a corrected lockbox code.

We have stayed in this unit several times. We always stay in Gulf Place for the location and amenities. The beach access is right across the street, ( there are 3 of them) you are given an access card for the beach, but we have never been bothered by anyone to show it. The pool and hot tub are right downstairs. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. The unit is quiet, was clean, washer and dryer come in so handy. Bed is comfy.
