Overview

Surrounded by undeveloped wetlands on two sides, this coastal townhome is only steps away from public beach access and the convenience of the shops and restaurants of Gulf Place Town Center. You'll love the extra privacy of the townhome's row-end location within the quiet, gated community, and you'll also be just steps from the on-site pool. A private rooftop terrace showcases gorgeous Gulf views and comes furnished for leisurely outdoor living. There's also a gas grill on the ground-floor patio for cooking up fresh-caught seafood feasts. Ed Walline Public Beach Access is only a two-block from the home, as are popular bars and dining options along 30A.

Walton County has opened the 393 Municipal Parking Facility just 0.25 miles from Ed Walline Beach Access. With 74 new parking spaces, ADA and LSV spots, bike parking, and a new restroom facility, getting to the beach and around Gulf Place is now even easier for guests!

You'll find the townhome well-appointed with everything you need for comfortable modern living. Stainless steel kitchen appliances make it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals or snacks to take to the beach. The living room is ready to welcome casual downtime after the day's adventures and a smart TV is equipped for streaming all your favorite shows or movies. Really great place, photos don’t do the unit justice. Super close to beach access, pool right next to unit, super safe, walking distance to restaurants, etc. very responsive management company, we will be back!

Babe’s Beach House exceeded our expectations. Tucked right next to the community pool, it’s part of a small, quiet community that never feels crowded. The beach itself is just a five-minute walk away. Inside, the home is thoughtfully furnished and stocked with everything you need, giving it a genuine home-away-from-home feel. The space is roomy and comfortable throughout, and the rooftop patio is the showstopper — perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. We loved every minute of our stay and would happily book again.

We loved the set up and location of the home.

The townhouse is in an excellent location. It is in close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The home is spacious and beautiful. We were grateful for the availability of beach supplies. The roof set up was fantastic!

We needed several codes to access the property, home, and pool. We were only give the code to the home. Had to wait over an hour for the gate code to enter the property.
We found a dried fruit snack on the kitchen floor, hair in several areas, and dust on the bottom floor.

This beach house was amazing. It was quiet, close to everything, clean, and very loaded with amenities. We especially loved the space downstairs for tv and quiet time for the older adults. Can’t wait to rebook!

First off, this house was so clean. Vacasa and the owners did a great job with that. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the bedrooms have very comfortable beds including pillows. The living room couch was perfect for lounging. The walking distance to the beach was not too far—we did it every day with our 2 kids and gear and it was easily done. The ocean can be seen and heard from the rooftop lounge space and was a great place for an afternoon nap. The house is also an easy walk on the way to morning coffee or afternoon ice cream or other dining/shops. Oh and the pool is literally right next door to Babe’s House-you’re there in 20 seconds. We went twice we when we needed extra time in the water. We would happily stay here again!!
