July 2026

Cute place, small but adequate for 1 adult and 1 kid. Sofa bed was pretty rough but kids can sleep anywhere and did especially after a long day at the beach. Beach is across the street, traffic can be heavy but slow so it's not an issue. View was good, place was nice, internet was terrible. Verizon has almost 0 service during the day and the wifi didn't work well but that was all over this part of Florida the entire trip. Plenty places to eat, drink, coffee, snacks.... everything is walkable here.

Avari response:

Thank you, Walter, for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear that you found our place cute and adequate for you and your child. It sounds like you made the most of your beach days, which is what we love to hear!

We appreciate your feedback about the sofa bed and the internet issues. We understand how important a good night's sleep and reliable connectivity are, especially after a long day of fun in the sun. While we strive to provide a comfortable stay, we recognize that there are areas we can improve, and we will certainly look into the internet situation to enhance future guests' experiences.

It’s great to know you enjoyed the walkable area with plenty of dining options nearby. We hope you and your child had a wonderful time exploring Santa Rosa Beach. We would love to welcome you back for another stay, where we can ensure an even better experience.
