We had a great time during our stay. There are several great restaurants/things to do within walking distance of the condo. Beach access is an easy walk. The condo was clean and orderly. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

For the money, the bathroom could use some updating. At the very least a better shower head. The beach access is right across the street but the place that is specified for the tenants of Gulf Place is actually about 300 yards to the left of the access point which is kind of inconvenient especially when carrying a load of beach goodies. We also had to call to get an updated beach/pool access code because the one communicated with the check in instructions did not work, which was also inconvenient but comes with the territory of renting a condo.

Overall had a great stay and would stay there again.

Avari response:

Thank you, Kendall, for sharing your experience with us. We’re thrilled to hear that you had a great time and enjoyed the convenience of nearby restaurants and easy beach access. It’s wonderful to know that you found the condo clean and orderly, as we take pride in maintaining our homes to high standards.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the bathroom updates and the shower head. We’re always looking for ways to enhance our guests' comfort, and your insights will help us prioritize improvements. We also understand how carrying beach gear can be a hassle, especially when the access point isn’t as straightforward as it should be. We’re sorry for the inconvenience with the beach/pool access code and will work to ensure clearer communication in the future.

It means a lot to us that you would consider staying again, and we would love to welcome you back for another enjoyable getaway. Thank you for choosing Avari!

We absolutely loved unit 407! We come here every year, and this has been our favorite so far!

The only issue is that the sofa bed is not comfortable, and possibly broken. Has lots of metal bars that you can feel through the foam. That being said, I would not recommend this spot for 6 people. 4-5 can comfortably sleep. 2 in master, 2 in bunk beds, and one on the couch, not pulled out.

We were able to make do with the master bed and bunk beds! I still highly recommend this place for your trip!
