Wake up to views of the Gulf from this fourth-floor Santa Rosa Beach retreat at Gulf Place. A private balcony overlooks the building pool and the Gulf of Mexico in this bright and cheery home featuring floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, beautiful floors, a cute little kitchen, and a super-comfortable living area. The free WiFi will quickly download a favorite playlist for those early morning runs along the gulf coast and the shared tennis court is there to challenge someone you love to a friendly match. Later, splash around in the shared pool then take a little alone time in the jetted tub.

We had a great time during our stay. There are several great restaurants/things to do within walking distance of the condo. Beach access is an easy walk. The condo was clean and orderly. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

For the money, the bathroom could use some updating. At the very least a better shower head. The beach access is right across the street but the place that is specified for the tenants of Gulf Place is actually about 300 yards to the left of the access point which is kind of inconvenient especially when carrying a load of beach goodies. We also had to call to get an updated beach/pool access code because the one communicated with the check in instructions did not work, which was also inconvenient but comes with the territory of renting a condo.

Overall had a great stay and would stay there again.

We absolutely loved unit 407! We come here every year, and this has been our favorite so far!


The only issue is that the sofa bed is not comfortable, and possibly broken. Has lots of metal bars that you can feel through the foam. That being said, I would not recommend this spot for 6 people. 4-5 can comfortably sleep. 2 in master, 2 in bunk beds, and one on the couch, not pulled out.

We were able to make do with the master bed and bunk beds! I still highly recommend this place for your trip!

I love Gulf Place and the Cabanas due to its location and private access to the beach right across the street. This was my first time staying in this unit and it could use some updating. The bathroom faucets need replaced due to mold and dishwasher wouldn’t shut.
