As a Gulf Place guest, you'll have private access to the beach right across the street. Spend your afternoons down on the white gulf sands then rinse off under the outdoor shower before cooking up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen for an evening of sci-fi movies on the large flatscreen cable TV. Later, enjoy a quiet glass of wine out on the balcony while you research tomorrow's Santa Rosa Beach adventure with the free WiFi.

This is a great location for the price of staying along 30A. Easily accessible to walk to a public beach and also have the option of the pools on site. The room was very clean and spacious (we only had two guests). The noise is a problem if you are staying anywhere that isn't the top floor. The building is not sound proof and even after quiet hours the occupants upstairs sounded like they were throwing bowling balls against the wall non-stop for an hour. Tried to contact management about this but had no response. Bring ear plugs.

We loved this beach house- it was clean and walking distance to a great beach and several restaurants. But no beach towels provided! Definitely a bummer if you fly in like we did.
